Description
Your Fluid Conditioning System is designed to provide accurate and precise control of temperature, pressure/flow-rate to test articles during lab testing. This equipment is designed to be portable and utilizes the following equipment to allow increased mobility and ease of setup. Designed with the E-Motor industry in-mind, this equipment is designed to completely integrate with your current test cell controls systems. With customizable communications options and built in Safety controls, integration is easy.

Understanding Our Design
The intended use of the Conditioning equipment is to provide fluid to 1 to 5 lubrication ports within electric vehicle motors and transaxles during dynamometer testing. This equipment is designed to support large scale testing by providing vital lubrication at the designed testing specifications. This solution has been designed around this specific need to be as simple, robust and reliable as possible. We constantly are testing and improving the products with direct customer support.

Interfacing Our Equipment
Systems allow the user to operate them direct from the interface for all system operations or using remote communications when moving to automated operations. Test set points can be set up within the test cell control supervisory equipment profiles. Data can be logged using the communications options as well. Remote activation and control are all done using CAN Bus or MODBus TCP.
